Thank you for a concise and meaningful look into meaning. There is a strange combination, or balance should I say, between two things: on one hand, doing more of the things and experiences that bring us closer to who we already are. These are the things that make us come alive. On the other, and this is beautifully important, simply doing nothing but appreciate what is already here. Giving new meaning, new importance, to the “ordinary” things in our life. When we do that it’s almost like a new world opens up: the world how we see it and no one else. Even doing laundry and shopping can be celebrated as personal experiences if we do them with awareness, with love, and with curiosity. Thanks again for your inspiring article.
